Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL COUNTY OF MOORE RFP 2026-02 WASTEWATER BIO-SOLIDS TRUCKING SERVICES (Re-Bid) PURSUANT to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Sealed Proposal(s) titled “RFP 2026-02 Wastewater Bio-Solids Trucking Services” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 pm Tuesday, August 26, 2025.  Opening will not be public. The intent of the County is to obtain Wastewater Bio-Solids Trucking Services for the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant. Instructions for submitting proposal(s) and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
