Description: Livingston County through its Youth Bureau is requesting proposals for Livingston County Youth Development Programs. Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 4:00 p.m. October 10, 2025 in accordance with the proposal documents.   All proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall clearly be marked “RFP- 2025 Youth Development.” Copies of said Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from the Office of the Livingston County Administrator by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or by calling (585) 243-7040.  All vendors must register with Ashley Scutt, identified above, to ensure receipt of any subsequently issued addendum(s).
