Evidence-Based Wellness Services:

The Middle Georgia Regional Commission (MGRC) is soliciting proposals from potential Offerors interested in providing Evidence Based Wellness services for the following counties: Baldwin, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Macon-Bibb, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, Twiggs, and Wilkinson from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028.

Proposals should be submitted to Kim Stanton no later than December 22, 2025, 4:00 PM EST.

Please submit one original and four copies of the completed bid proposal. Bids must be packaged, submitted, and received by the Middle Georgia Regional Commission by the due date and due time noted above. Late submissions will not be accepted.
