Santa Rosa High School District (“SRHSD”) and the Santa Rosa Elementary School District (“SRESD”) (collectively, the “District”) invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract to perform construction services for the Piner High School, Maria Carrillo High School, Luther Burbank Elementary School, and Elsie Allen High School Perimeter Fencing and Gates Project (“Project”). The deadline for submitting prequalification applications shall be April 8, 2026, and the deadline for submitting proposals shall be 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026 by 2:00 PM.
