Description: The City of Malibu (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified transit and charter operators to provide comprehensive transportation services at City special events (within Malibu) and programming (outside City limits). This Request for Proposal (RFP) encompasses two distinct community needs: dedicated shuttle operations for large-scale, city-sponsored special events along the Pacific Coast Highway corridor, and specialized bus services for recreational and cultural programs, such as excursions, organized by the Community Services Department.
