SECOG Transportation Engineering Services

The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals for the services of an on-call transportation engineer or transportation planning and engineering firm to assist in the administration of SECOG’s transportation program. The selected individual or firm will assist SECOG with Planning (PL) funded tasks carried out in support of regional transportation planning within Southeastern Connecticut. All proposals should be submitted by 3:30pm on June 5th, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted by May 29th, 2026. One (1) printed copy of the submission package should be submitted to Kate Rattan, SECOG at 5 Connecticut Avenue, Norwich, CT 06360, and one (1) digital copy should be sent to krattan@secogct.gov.
