Notes
The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for repairs of a damaged Guardrail East of Russell Parkway at Bridgewater Way. Pictures of guardrail damage are attached to the line item.

Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State (GDOT) and City codes and regulations for the construction requirements for guardrails. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.

No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.

Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.

The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:

Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate

Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit

Umbrella Liability: 1 Million

Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more

All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
