Please confirm if concrete encasement will be required across all underground conduits, only for conduit sections crossing roadways, or not required at all.

Addendum #3, Drawing E-03 has a new NOTE 4 pointing to the ductbank between existing PMH-2/CMH-2 and existing PMH-3/CMH-3 which states "EXISTING CONDUITS TO BE USED FOR NEW FIBER."
This same ductbank is also labelled with A-A. Drawing E-06 DUCTBANK CONDUIT SECTION shows new 2" conduit with FIBER.
Question: does the contractor need to provide a new 2" conduit in this ductbank?

The single line diagram on sheet E-07 shows a connection between the GCP and ATS Control Module of ATS-S6A. It also shows a connection, with the same conduit and wire requirements, between the GCP and "ATS2". Please confirm if this connection should be between the GCP and the ATS Control Module of ATS-S6B, or please furnish the location of "ATS2".

1.        Can you clarify how the existing raceways are intended to be terminated into the new junction boxes mounted on the exterior of each building? Are the existing fiber raceways required to be rerouted and reworked into the new junction boxes as shown on Sheets E-12, E-14, E-15, E-16, E-17, and E-20?

2.        Can you clarify the scope of work for FPP-N7? It is shown as new on Sheet E-09A. Is this equipment existing or new? If new, please provide the exact installation location and details.

3.        Can you confirm that the duct bank JJ entry location into the Office Building shown on Sheet E-04 is correct? Is the intent to route raceways through the Office Building and connect to the Control Junction Box located on the exterior of the building as shown on Sheet E-20? If so, please provide the ceiling type within the Office Building.

4.        Can you confirm that the duct bank CC entry location into the Operations Building shown on Sheet E-04 is correct? Is the intent to route raceways through the Operations Building and connect to NIP-OPS as shown on Sheet E-21? If so, please provide the ceiling type within the Operations Building.

5.        On Sheet E-09A, please provide the locations of OWS-S1 and OWS-S2 within the Office Building. These devices do not appear to be shown on Sheet E-20.

6.        Can you confirm that the duct bank DD entry location into SEB1 shown on Sheet E-04 is correct? Is the intent to route raceways through SEB1 and connect to FPP-S1A located on the exterior of the building as shown on Sheet E-19? If so, please provide the ceiling type within SEB1.

7.        Can you clarify the scope of work for FPP-S1B? It is shown as new on Sheet E-09A. Is this equipment existing or new? If new, please provide installation details. Is this equipment intended to be mounted on an equipment rack?

8.        Please provide the locations of the future Actiflow PLC, Master Lift Station, and Headworks.
