PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide, maintain, and support a comprehensive Educator Licensure System (ELS) that facilitates the licensure and certification processes for educators across the state. The current system, TEACH, has been instrumental in supporting the state’s licensure needs. The goal of this RFP is to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining operational efficiency and data integrity.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than April 18, 2025.
