Description: ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.   The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEM          OPENING Proposal No.   RFQ185/009/26                                                 September 12, 2025 Building Commissioning Consultant                                                2:00 PM On-Call for Various Construction Projects The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for a Building Commissioning Consultant to oversee multiple town buildings of new, proposed, and existing construction. Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids . The fee for this 3-year contract shall not exceed $200,000.00. Andover is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Town.
