Description: RFP Response Deadline: April 15, 2026 at 12:00 noon The Town of Hartford, Vermont (VT) Parks and Recreation Department requests proposals for maintenance and resurfacing of 6 playing courts with a conversion of 2 tennis courts into 6 permanent pickleball courts. 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES Converting 2 existing tennis courts into 6 dedicated pickleball courts. Relining 2 tennis courts to retain 2 tennis courts with up to 4 overlay pickleball courts and relining 2 basketball courts. This work would create a total configuration of 6 dedicated pickleball courts, 2 multi-use tennis courts with 4 overlay pickleball courts, and 2 basketball courts.
