Except in the case of delivery timing or product efficacy noted below, if the City has a requirement during the contract term the awarded vendor will receive the City’s order for the product.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
