Bid Opening : Sealed electronic” bids addressed to Mr. Marco Vega, P.E., General Manager, will be received until Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 4:30 pm CST at which time they shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in McAllen City Hall, 2nd floor, Conference Room 2A.
