Advanced Notice of Advertisement for Bids 208486 ADA Parking Consent Decree Phase 3.1

UW Facilities, Project Delivery Group, will be issuing an Advertisement for Bids on approximately March 19, 2025, for the ADA Parking Consent Decree Phase 3.2 Project. The scope includes but is not limited to selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, drainage and stormwater management upgrades, and landscaping remediation. The sites include one parking lot and two garages. The Engineer’s estimate of probable cost is $310,000.00.
