Description: The City seeks a Third Party (“Business”) to rent the facility as a tenant who will offer food and beverage services that compliment and can coexist with a busy public library. This Request for Proposal is specific to managing and operating a retail food service entity as a tenant in the former café space at the Main Library paying rent to the City as the landlord. This is potentially a very lucrative opportunity.
