Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is seeking qualified contractors to provide waste hauling, recycling, and disposal services for its Mays Landing, Atlantic City, and Cape May campuses. The scope includes furnishing and maintaining containers (compactors, roll-offs, and front-load units), hauling services, and proper disposal in compliance with environmental, sanitation, and stormwater regulations. The contract term is three (3) years, with services required for both general waste and single-stream recycling. Vendors must meet all requirements outlined in N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et seq., and provide full compliance documentation as specified in the bid package.
