Notes	New Caney ISD Purchasing E-Rate CAT 2 WAP Highlands Middle School NCISD is seeking request for proposals for CAT 2 WAPs for Highlands Middle School. This is an E-Rate bid and all NCISD E-Rate projects may be contingent on E-Rate funding approval. Proposal responses will be accepted until January 22, 2026 until 10:30 A.M., CDT. This contract will be issued after Board Approval at or near the February 2026 Board Meeting. Advertisements will be posted in the newspaper and publicly solicited for additional solicitation. District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer. Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in these document specifications shall contact the Purchasing Department in IonWave before January 14, 2026. NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
