Overview

Summary

The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified licensed contractor(s) to demolish and dispose of the buildings and all building contents located inside or outside the building, to include all buildings/structures and dumpster enclosures, at the following locations. The structures to be demolished are currently vacant.

1. 4431 SW 64th Avenue a/k/a Davie Road Folio #'s 504127040670 and 504127050070 (1 building) owned by the Town of Davie CRA
2. 4155 SW 64th Avenue a/k/a Davie Road Folio #'s 504127010040 (1 building and outside storage areas/coolers) owned by the Town of Davie
3. 4125 SW 64th Avenue a/k/a Davie Road Folio #'s 504127010030 (1 building)
4. 4101 SW 64th Avenue a/k/a Davie Road add alternate Folio#504127310010 (1 building)
5. 4300 SW 57th Terrace - Folio # 504126040140 ( TOD) Potters Park Concessions and Restroom Building

The estimated budget for this project is $175,000.

Pre-Bid Conference (Mandatory):

March 11, 2026, 2:00pm

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Pine Island Multipurpose Center, 3801 S Pine Island Rd, Davie, FL 33328. A site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.

The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
