Description: The Livingston County Office for the Aging (LCOFA) is seeking an entity to provide unbiased, efficient and cost-effective health insurance information, counseling and assistance program (HIICAP) services for community-based older adults age 60 and over, and younger individuals eligible for Medicare.  Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 4:00 p.m. June 24, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.
