Description: The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial cleaning services for law enforcement facilities located in Lakeport, California. The selected contractor shall provide routine janitorial services for an approximately 15,000 square foot primary facility and an approximately 2,000 square foot secondary facility located on the same campus. Services shall be performed four (4) days per week for the primary facility and two (2) days per week for the secondary facility during business hours and after hours as directed by the County, excluding County holidays. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office seeks a qualified contractor capable of maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional environment suitable for a law enforcement facility.
