Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Qualifications: The Project includes the following as indicated on the drawings: Mechanical Contractor to act as General Contractor for this HVAC renovation project. HVAC Renovation Base Bid includes Demolition & Replacement of existing Boiler, Pumps & Piping insulation - with a Bid Alternate to include New Control System for existing System of FCU and AHUs. Note that Mechanical Contractor is required to subcontract a Licensed Electrical Contractor for all required Electrical Work. Note: Replacement of the remaining Mechanical equipment (FCU, AHU, etc.) indicated on Mechanical Drawings is work to be done in the Future and not part of this project. This project will utilize federal funds from the Department of Energy (DOE) and must follow all vendor/ contract requirements, including Uniform Guidance Procurement Policies.
