Project Description

IFB- GHA Main Office Roof Replacement

The Gloucester Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Roofing Contractors for the Shingle Roof Replacement at GHA's Main Office Building, located at 259 Washington Street, Gloucester, Massachusetts for the Gloucester Housing, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond T. Guertin Architect.

The Project consists of: Replacement of approximately 2,930 square feet of asphalt shingle roofing at the GHA's Main Office Building, including all related work as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual.

The work is estimated to cost $26,000.00

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 § 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 § 26 to 27H inclusive and Federal Davis Bacon wage determination and shall pay the higher of the two rates.
