The Work includes the following major items: As-directed cleaning and painting of Fire Hydrants Rehabilitation Zone 7. LEAD PAINT may be present on older fire hydrants. This contract may require various methods and levels of containment construction, surface preparation, environmental protection services, worker health and safety provisions, waste management services, and application of multiple paint systems. All work is located within Anne Arundel County, MD. The contractor shall have experience with abrasive blast cleaning, containments, hand tool and power tool cleaning, and structural steel painting all being performed simultaneously.
