The Town of Kittery is accepting sealed bids for the replacement in kind or equivalent alternative of the HVAC systems at the Gorges Road Fire Station.

Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Vendor’s name and “Town of Kittery – Gorges Road Fire Station HVAC Replacement” on the outside. Electronic submission (i.e., via email) will not be accepted.

A site walk will be held on May 8 ^th at 10 AM at the Gorges Road Fire Station, 3 Gorges Road, Kittery, ME.

Proposals shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:
