The successful carrier must be lawfully engaged in the service of providing health insurance benefits in the State of New Hampshire. This is not an RFP for a consultant or benefits broker. This is an RFP for a health insurance carrier to provide a proposal to replace the current health insurance carrier, network and plan designs.

This is an RFP for a health insurance carrierto provide a proposal to replace the current health insurance carrier, network and plandesigns.An overview and detailed specifications are provided later in the Request for Proposal (RFP).Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on March 3, 2026 from interested firms, to beeligible for consideration by the City.
