The scope of services includes multiple components to support the Maryland Speed Safety (MSS) Program implementation, including providing Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) equipment and ASE equipment installation and maintenance, system operators, data collection services, customer service, citation processing, adjudication support, and payment processing for the program. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure a turnkey ASE system , including roadside ASE equipment and a back-office software solution, as well as customer service operations.
