Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal to establish a two (2) year contract for onsite and offsite routine and emergency maintenance services, and the purchase of related equipment, parts and supplies for the City’s Severn Trent DeNora sodium hypochlorite disinfection systems for the City Water Utilities Division (WUD). Any resultant contract(s) shall be subject to renewal for subsequent periods provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
