Overview

Summary

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide materials for new wayfinding signage. The required material is King ColorCore polymer sheets in a custom navy and white combination, using the navy color code HEX #122d50.

Sheets must be ½ inch thick and supplied as full sheets only. Sarasota County will handle all cutting and fabrication; the vendor is only being requested to provide full sheets in sufficient quantity to accommodate one of each sign listed below:

• 36" x 25"
• 36" x 78"
• 36" x 70"
• 36" x 43"
• 36" x 98"
• 36" x 98"
• 24" x 35"

Only materials are being requested.

Background

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price.

DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
