Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSA) School of Dentistry, ranked #1 in Texas and 30th globally, is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide comprehensive Call Center Services (EHR) and should include Artificial Intelligence-powered (AI) features for enhanced patient engagement, and operation efficiency. The award proposer will support patient communications, scheduling, and coordination of care while maintaining HIPAA compliance and aligning with institutional goals for patient satisfaction and access. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
