Summary

The City of St. Petersburg's Fleet Management Complex and (5) five Library Locations are requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for UNARMED SECURITY GUARD SERVICES. The awarded Agreement will be between the City and awarded Bidder in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work.

The Pre-Proposal Meeting is Mandatory and will require all Bidders to attend the site visits to (5) five locations to tour internal & external perimeters for the required Unarmed Security Guard Services. All Bidders will need to sign the sign-in sheet to confirm attendance. We will meet at the first site listed below at 9:30 a.m. to check in, sign in and for quick introductions.
