Description: The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Sloan Poe Water Replacement Project. The proposed scope of work involves replacing approximately 12,000 linear feet (LF) of water line within the Sloan Poe neighborhood. The project also includes the installation of new ductile iron, class 315 PVC and HDPE waterline, along with the associated valves, hydrants, and required stormwater quality unit. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The site visit will be in the Engineering Conference Room of City Hall, located at 1250 Tiger Blvd., Ste. 5, Clemson, SC 29631. Bids will be received until July 21, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud.
