The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide transportation planning and 30% design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection which would connect the Bay Ridge Avenue corridor to Tyler Avenue and Hilltop Lane along the former right-of-way of the Bay Ridge– Annapolis Railroad.
