Description: This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) View the full Request for Proposals - Janitorial Services The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide City-wide janitorial services. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City’s requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal. The following Exhibits are attached to this RFP. Attachment 1:  Maintenance Services Agreement Attachment 2: Map of City Facilities Attachment 3: Carpet Cleaning Schedule Attachment 4: Vinyl Floor Cleaning Schedule Attachment 5: Tile Cleaning Schedule Publication Date/Time: 2/13/2025 2:00 PM Closing Date/Time: 3/27/2025 2:00 PM Submittal Information: Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM on the day of the bid opening. Bid Opening Information: 02/13/2025 2:00PM Contact Person: Please direct any questions or concerns to Michelle Smith at msmith@chinohills.org by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Only questions with “Janitorial Services” in the subject line will be accepted. Answers to submitted questions will be posted on the City’s website. Business Hours: M-Th 7:00-4:30, Fri 7:00-3:30 Miscellaneous: The proposer must submit a package clearly marked on the outside as “Proposal for Janitorial Services” to the City Clerk’s Office. The package must contain the following: • Five (5) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; • One (1) original and four (4) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and • A signed W-9.
