Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, equipment, travel, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove, legally dispose of, and replace existing concrete sidewalks in Merced and Mariposa Counties.
2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services.
