Description: Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) is seeking technical assistance to guide the planning and development of a potential “Community Triage Center” serving individuals experiencing crises related to behavioral health, substance use, and/or homelessness. The selected vendor will support BBPH and the project’s steering committee to refine a comprehensive model of care, engage key stakeholders, develop a governance structure, and create an implementation roadmap for the facility.
