Estimated Cost Range:

$300,000.00 plus any applicable Washington State Tax (WST)

Procurement Summary:

The NWSA is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing support of the NWSA’s programs that will encourage and support the use of renewable diesel and alternative marine fuels. The NWSA anticipates awarding one or more on-call contracts covering the breadth of expertise needed to support our renewable diesel and alternative marine fuels programs. The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, with options for renewal at the sole discretion of the NWSA, for a possible total of five (5) years. The maximum value of each on-call contract will not exceed $300,000.00 plus any applicable Washington State Tax (WST) and specific task orders will be assigned to consultants incrementally within this total contract amount, as needed.
