Bid Title: General On-Call – Materials Testing Services (2026-2028)
Category: Public Works - Current Bids Status: Open Description: The City of Pasco, Washington (City) Department of Public Works – Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide On-Call Materials Testing services for projects pertaining to their current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) in addition to supplementary projects that originate during the calendar years of 2026-2028, including the potential for federally funded projects. It is anticipated that three (3) Firms will be selected for this RFP. The selected Firm(s) shall be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to complete the work, including testing, inspecting, and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
The complete RFP may be obtained at no charge via the City website – http://www.pasco-wa.gov/Bids.aspx . It is the sole responsibility of the Firm to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City website.
Responses shall be submitted electronically. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to the City Representatives listed in Section 1.10 of the RFP, no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due.
The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
