This scope of work details the requirements to provide a detailed technical and safety proposal for equipment and personnel necessary to perform high vacuum high pressure cleaning services for DC Water. DC Water requires that the Contractor provide a detailed description of their responsibility for safe inspecting, cleaning and removing sediment, scum, waste debris, and other materials from drains, channels, stormwater runoff pump stations & catch basins, sump pumps, centrifuges, conveyance systems, process tanks, storage tanks, and piping throughout the District of Columbia Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWWTP) at Blue Plains located in Washington DC.
