Description: The City of San Leandro is seeking bids from qualified contractors for Bid 24-25.004 Water Pollution Control Plant Sludge Hauling.  The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to dispose of approximately 7,000 tons of Class A and B municipal biosolids in accordance with the specifications within the bid. Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the Water Pollution Control Plant, located at 3000 Davis Street, San Leandro 94577; conducted by Project Manager Hayes Morehouse.
