Project Description: The Toho Water Authority (Toho) is soliciting sealed competitive bids from one (1) or more qualified and experienced Contractors to Install and Perform Change Outs to the Water Meters and Meter Transmittal Units (MTUs/AMIs) on as needed basis at the direction of Toho`s Customer Services Department representative.
The Authority may award up to two Contractors at its own discretion and in the best interest of the Authority.
