City of Monticello (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Bertram Chain of Lakes Park Pickleball Court Improvements. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:00 am local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Monticello will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.

Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:

  • 1,950        SY         Bituminous Court Pavement
  • 5,150        SF         4” Concrete Paving
  • 3,500        CY        Excavation – Common
  • 1,950        SY         Court Bituminous Pavement
  • 7500        CY         Class 5 Aggregate Parking Area
  • 550        LF         10’ Vinyl Coated Fencing
  • 650        LF         4’ Vinyl Coated Fencing
  • 1,950         SY         Acrylic Court Surfacing
    • Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Monticello shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

    The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
