Notice is hereby given that Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking bids for Berth 5 Fendering & Gangway, located in Porter County, Indiana. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents.

For all plans and specifications: Email asedam@portsofindiana.com to request a bid package and requirements. Bids must include all items as specified by the bid plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection will be hosted on February 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Bidders should meet at the Port Office: 6625 S Boundary Dr, Portage, Indiana 46368
