Please be aware this is an electronic bid. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 AT 9:00 AM.  ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEEDING IS MANDATORY FOR BIDS TO BE ACCEPTED.  Questions will need to be submitted by October 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than October 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.  Bids will be due on October 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
