Description: The Board of Commissioners of Hancock County will receive bids for Micro surfacing on Selected Roads in Hancock County at their office in the Hancock County Courthouse Annex, 111 American Legion Place, Greenfield, IN 46140 until 3:00 P.M. on the 19 th of January, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based upon inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery, and suitability for particular purpose.  The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, except that Hancock County retains the right to reject any or all bids when it is in the best interest of the county.
