Bids are beingsought from vendors who have a proven record of experience in providing the services required by this Invitationto Bid.Obtain Contract Specifications/Bid Documents: All documents may be requested from the office of thePurchasing Division, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, CA 93291 by telephone (559) 713-4334, or by email:purchasing@visalia.gov. These documents will be emailed when possible if they do not exceed our email capacity.Documents may also be downloaded from BidNet by registered users (registration information included with thisnotice).A NON-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 2026, AT 9:30 AM (PT). Themeeting will be held as an informational pre-bid teleconference via Microsoft Teams. Bidder attendance isencouraged but not required. Time will be set aside during the teleconference for vendors to ask questions aboutthe project and contract requirements.
