Proposals are to be marked with name and address and labeled: RFP for Engineering Services and mailed or delivered to the following address no later than 2:00 p.m.; local time, Thursday, April 23, 2026.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for April 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Thomas County Board of Commissioners Office, 116 West Jefferson Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Room 215, Thomasville, Georgia 31792.
