Description: CITY OF LEWISTON, IDAHO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP-26-007 BERT LIPPS POOL LINER PROJECT The City of Lewiston, Idaho is requesting proposals for the Installation of a Pool Liner for the Bert Lipps Swimming Pool. The full Request for Proposals (RFP) document is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org under "Bid Opportunities." An optional Site Visit will be held at Bert Lipps Pool, 604 13th St., Lewiston, ID 83501 on January 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM PT. All questions regarding this RFP must be emailed to the Purchasing Division at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than January 12, 2026, by 2:00 PM PT.  Written responses will be issued by addendum and posted on the City’s website. Proposers may not contact any other City of Lewiston officials or employees regarding this RFP; doing so may result in disqualification. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM PT on January 20, 2026. Submit five (5) complete hard copy proposals.
