Description: The City of Sherman, Texas, is accepting sealed bids for the Progress Drive Extension and Tortilla Way in the City of Sherman, Texas, hereinafter called “City” or “Owner,” in accordance with specifications and Contract Documents prepared by the City of Sherman. Sealed bids must be received at the office of City Engineering, located at the Community Services Building, 317 South Travis Street, Sherman, Texas 75090 no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026. Bids received on or before this deadline will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected as non-responsive. This project consists of all work associated with the unit price bid for the extension of Progress Drive and Tortilla Way. This construction project includes improvements such as grading, paving, storm drain, inlets, box culvert, headwalls, water and wastewater lines, pavement markings, and signing. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications.
