Description: INVITATION TO BID The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time), June 16, 2026, for Facilities Surface Maintenance, Repairs, and Snow Removal Services Contract. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and facilities necessary to conduct road and parking lot repairs or maintenance, ice control and snow removal for the Borough-owned Facilities. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on May 28, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) at Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615. All interested bidders are encouraged to submit a registration form prior to pre-bid conference to ensure receipt of notifications.
