2. Advertisement for Cold Milling of HMA Surfacing on County Road 343 being known as Project No. CES 25-1509 A. Sealed Bids returnable by 1:30 PM on Monday, May 4, 2026. Electronic Bids may be submitted via Quest CDN - Project No. 10122602.

Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors at the Office of Chancery Clerk at the Neshoba County Courthouse, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 107, in Philadelphia, Mississippi until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 04, 2026 for: Cold Milling of HMA Surfacing on CR 343 being known as Project # CES 25-1509 A.

Sealed bids will be received until the designated date and time at the Neshoba County Courthouse, Philadelphia, Mississippi. Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via electronic online submission through Quest CDN for a forty-five dollar ($45) fee. All bids will be thereafter publicly opened.
